Sogeti: No despidas a mi mamá. Don't fire my mummy

El 25 de julio Rebeca, Mar y Rocío fueron despidas en Sogeti España, compañía multinacional del Grupo Capgemini, en el sector TIC (Tecnología de la Información y la Comunicación). Firma la petición No despidas a mi mamá en Change.org

Rebeca: EMBARAZADA de riesgo, con reducción de jornada por cuidado de menor de una hija a su cargo. 10 años en la compañía.

Mar: REPRESENTANTE DE LOS TRABAJADORES. 13 años en la compañía.

Rocío: REDUCCION DE JORNADA POR CUIDADO DE MENOR de dos hijos a su cargo. 13 años en la compañía.

Rebeca comunicó a la compañía que se encontraba embarazada y que le iban a dar la baja médica por tener un embarazo de alto riesgo. Ese mismo día Rebeca fue DESPEDIDA.

De forma simultánea se despidió también a Rocío y Mar, que se encontraban de vacaciones, mediante el envío de un burofax.

Parte del trabajo que realizaban, ahora lo están haciendo otros compañeros que ya tienen cargas de trabajo importantes.

Desde la Representación Legal de los Trabajadores, se ha intentado que la empresa recapacite y dé marcha atrás, pero todos los intentos hasta la fecha han tenido un NO como respuesta. Mientras tanto la empresa se dedica a realizar nuevas contrataciones (puestos que podrían ocupar las compañeras despedidas) al mismo tiempo que lanza una campaña de desprestigio contra dicha Representación Legal, dando información sesgada a los trabajadores y trabajadoras de Sogeti España, obviando aquello que no les interesa, incluso faltando a la verdad.

La injusta decisión de la Dirección de SOGETI España ha puesto a estas compañeras en una situación de indefensión, exclusión social y discriminación.

No permitamos que en Sogeti España y en el Grupo Capgemini lleven a cabo estas políticas que dañan a las mujeres, no tienen en cuenta los derechos fundamentales de las trabajadoras, perjudican las familias y producen daños de difícil reparación.

Demos a conocer estos hechos. Hagamos que reparen su error READMITIENDO a las compañeras que lo único que piden es un trato digno y su derecho constitucional al trabajo.

POR LA READMISIÓN DE REBECA, MAR Y ROCÍO

On July 25th, Rebeca, Mar and Rocio were fired at Sogeti Spain, company that belong to the IT multinational group, Capgemini.

Rebeca: A high risk PREGNANT woman, with reduced working hours for the care of a child. She has been working at Sogeti Spain for 10 years.

Mar: EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE, working at Sogeti for 13 years.

Rocio: With REDUCED WORKING HOURS FOR THE CARE OF CHILD. She has been working at Sogeti for 13 years too.

Rebecca informed the company that she was pregnant and she were going to take medical leave because a high risk pregnancy situation. That day Rebecca was FIRED.

At the same time, the company fired Rocio and Mar, who were on vacation, communicating it by sending a bureaufax.

Some of the work that they were doing, now it's been doing by other colleagues who already have critical workloads.

The legal representative of the employees had tried repeatedly that the company reconsider and reverse the situation, but all these attempts had no answer so far. Meanwhile the company is hiring new people (positions that the colleagues fired can do) and at the same time they are launching a campaign against the Legal Representation of the employees, giving biased information to the Sogeti Spain employees, ignoring what they are not interested, even untruthfully.

This unfair decision of the Sogeti Spain Management, has put our colleagues into a situation of helplessness, social exclusion and discrimination.

Don't let Sogeti Spain and Capgemini Group carry out these policies that harm women, don't take into account the fundamental rights of workers and the families, and would result in a damage that would be difficult to repair.

Let the people know these facts, let the company repair this error re-admitting our colleagues. The only thing they ask is to be treated with dignity, and respect for their constitutional right to work.
